Greater Armenia
The sleepy Empire of Greater Armenia is not in the best of places, sitting on the border of the Byzantine Empire. The Byzantines will almost certainly be a struggle for players, thus putting together a formidable force is essential for this attempt.
Before being able to create the title of Greater Armenia, players must meet a number of prerequisites, including having 2000 prestige and 1000 piety. Players must be a King/Queen in a Feudal or Clan administration, with the capital located within the former Armenian Empire with sovereignty over the entire territory. In order to build Greater Armenia, players must be of Armenian descent or adhere to the Apostolic faith.
High Kingdom Of The North Sea
Having an Empire centred on Vikings and earning the moniker ‘Sea King’ is something that gamers will undoubtedly want to experience in Crusader Kings 3. This is possible thanks to the High Kingdom Of The North Sea, which can only be accessed if players have the Northern Lords DLC Pack. Creating this Empire, on the other hand, is no easy task.
Players must rule the Kingdoms of England, Norway, and Denmark for at least 30 years apiece, as well as the North Sea Heartlands region. Players must be of North Germanic or West Germanic ancestry, have 200 gold, 1000 prestige, and a prestige Level of Fame of at least ‘Illustrious’.
Outremer Empire
A powerful but difficult to establish Empire is one that engulfs the Kingdoms of Arabia, Jerusalem, Egypt, Syria, Mesopotamia, and Israel. With Christian and Muslim countries frequently participating in Crusades for Jerusalem, being able to not only take, but also keep Jerusalem alongside powerhouses like as Arabia, Egypt, and Syria makes creating the Outremer Empire one of Penalty Kick Online game’s most difficult undertakings.
To build the Outremer Empire, players must be an autonomous ruler with the title of Duke or higher. Players must be Catholic, as the Empire’s development coincides with the availability of Crusades. Players’ realm capital must be in the Outremer zone whilst simultaneously possessing the fame level of ‘Living Legend’.
Bactria
The Empire of Bactria, which is only available to Buddhist or Zoroastrian Kings, is in a difficult position, as all of Persia and the Afghanistan region must be conquered before Bactria can be formed. Furthermore, with the Afghan culture system in CK3 being mostly limited to Clan governments, a confederate partition succession law is difficult to control.
It isn’t impossible, but players must be of Afghan or Tajik culture, be of Illustrious fame, and control the entire region of Bactria. In addition to being an autonomous ruler, players must have their realm capital in the Bactria area.
Roman Empire
The Roman Empire is a fun Empire to construct because it is a well-known Empire with a rich historical basis. Players receive the ‘Glorious’ nickname for their character as well as the ‘Augustus’ trait, which is a nice touch to make players feel more Roman. The Roman Empire is one of the more difficult to establish Empires on this list, with the prerequisites being not only a large number of counties and duchies, but also being surrounded by the chaos of a broken Italy and an immensely powerful Byzantium Empire as its main neighbour.
The duchies of Latium, Venice, Romagna, Sicily, Genoa, Apulia, Thrace, Antioch, Palestine, Alexandria, Athens, Tunis, Thessalonika, and Croatia must be controlled by players. To build the Roman Empire, players must choose between being of Christian or Greco-Roman faith and possessing the Byzantine Empire. The second option requires players to unify Italy, own the Holy Roman Empire, be of Latin ancestry with either Christian or Greco-Roman faith, or just possess a Roman culture.
Indian Empire
The Indian Empire, which includes the Deccan Empire, the Empire of Rajasthan, and the Bengal Empire, is a true powerful Empire that players may build exponentially. When a character is formed, it gains the Chakravarti trait, which translates to “the person who united the centre of the world.”
The checklist for establishing the Indian Empire isn’t too long, with players needing to entirely rule the Deccan Empire, the Empire of Rajasthan, and the Bengal Empire, all while adhering to Buddhism, Hinduism, or Jainism. Players’ realm capital must be located in the region of India, and players must have the piety level of ‘Religious Icon’. It costs 500 piety to build the Indian Empire; however, this should be easy for players because they must be a ‘Religious Icon’; hence, players will likely have considerably more than the required 500 piety. If not, players can go on pilgrimages to increase their piety.
Slavia
With great countries such as Kiev, Bulgaria, Bohemia, Poland, Croatia, and many more required to be under players’ control, creating the Empire of Slavia will take a big and formidable army. This Empire comes with a cool nickname depending on whether the player’s character is male or female, with male characters getting ‘the Bogatyr’ and female characters getting ‘the Polyanitsa’.
Fortunately, the list of prerequisites is rather simple, with the player’s character having East Slavic, West Slavic, or South Slavic ancestry and ruling the entire territory of Slavia.Players will require 600 gold to legally construct the Empire of Slavia, which isn’t a prohibitively expensive sum. The key challenge for players will be conquering the necessary duchies, kingdoms, and counties, as not only is Eastern Europe an ever-changing geography, but the cultures and religions are very diverse, making it difficult to avoid factions and animosity for players’ characters.
Crusader Kings 3 is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
